Is Remdo an employer or local service company?

No. Remdo provides marketplace software. Providers are independent and decide when to be available, which requests to answer, and what terms to offer.

Who receives payment for a customer task?

The customer and selected provider agree task price and payment directly. Remdo does not collect the customer-to-provider task payment in the current model.

Where is Remdo currently available?

New requests are limited to the United States and the Deaf community. There are guides for all 50 states; provider availability still depends on the actual local area.
